Coming from the world of design and having spent almost 30 years in this industry, co-founding my company 3nity (Trinity Visual Communications), I’ve observed a deficiency in graduates, particularly in critical thinking. At RENG College, they address this gap through a well-structured on-the-job training and mentorship framework. At 3nity, we are committed to working closely with RENG College to enhance this framework, nurturing graduates who are better aligned with the evolving demands of the industry.
