Responsibilities:

  1. Provide major influence on the technical decision and develop technical content that meet program needs & direction.
  2. Participate in developing new subjects/workshop/content.
  3. Responsible to undertake: teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional module teams to drive technical innovation in teaching content, learning resources, and student project.
  5. Possess good verbal and written skills, with strong ability to communicate complex technical concept to students and colleagues in a clear, concise way.
  6. Prepare and conduct lecture, workshop and tutorial.
  7. Develop teaching contents, teaching materials & references, lesson plans, assessment tasks, and assignment briefs for modules.
  8. Conduct all academic activities related to assigned modules, these include project tutorials, monitoring the students’ learning & performance, marking and grading students’ work, conducting student counselling.
  9. Quality control and evaluate the effectiveness of delivery and teaching outcome. Constantly upgrade and enhance module content & teaching materials as well as improve teaching delivery.
  10. Compile, update and improve course kits and teaching materials.

Architecture Lecturer

Based in USJ – Subang Jaya. Requirement-Min Bachelors in Architecture teaching for Diploma. Proficiency in Architecture industry experiences in related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to all counseling cases as well as oversees, develop and enhance the counseling services.
  2. Maintain potential customer database and prepare reports
  3. To promote and market education and institution.
  4. Knowledge of counseling and closing sales.
  5. Carry out sales and marketing activities.
  6. Liaise with business associates.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Regulatory Affairs Executive

Responsibilities: 

  1. Responsible to oversee and lead Registrar Department comprises of operations with MQA and MoHE.
  2. Lead, Motivate and ensure the Registrar Department is performing to meet target given.
  3. Lead a team to source and develop a university student database to keep all the students records i.e. grades, registration, data, transcripts, mid-term verification and etc.
  4. Collaborate with administrator, deans, faculty, IT and counselors to facilities and improve service to students, including catalog and registration/records policy.
  5. To lead the unit team in processing students admission.
  6. To manage and coordinate the university facilities and security management such as lectures room, ICT Infrastructure, Library, resources center etc.
  7. To source and drive the team to provide financial assistance to the students as well as to manage fees collection.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Must have working experiences in Education Line.

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend and conduct exhibition and roadshows, follow-up on student recruitment and conduct cold calls based on student data
  2. Maintain potential customer database and prepare reports, follow up on the directives of the Marketing Director.
  3. To promote and market education and institution.
  4. Knowledge of the current education trends, marketing strategies and closing sales.
  5. Carry out sales and marketing activities.
  6. Follow the KPI quota on student recruitment.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin. Other languages such as Tamil is also favorable.
  3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Conditions can be further discussed during interview.
  4. Must have working experience in Education industry.
